The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) is negotiating a Brownfield Development Agreement (BDA) with the City of Lewes for the former Army Reserve Center site located at 1137 Savannah Road, Lewes, Delaware. The site, identified as Sussex County tax parcel number 335-8.15-8.00, may have had a release of hazardous substances due to historical activities. The Brownfield certification details are available online at den.dnrec.delaware.gov.
