Description
The Little Rock School District is seeking proposals for mold and bacterial remediation services. The work is governed by the District's Maintenance Department and may include the remediation and related environmental cleaning services described in the solicitation documents. The District will evaluate pricing, company profile and qualifications, experience and ability to perform, company history and references, and years in business. The contract is expected to run for one year from the date of award, with possible renewals for additional periods under mutually agreed terms. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the District's electronic bidding system; registration is required to view the proposal documents and submit a response. Questions must be submitted in writing through the system's questions tab by September 10, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
