Description
The Heartland Coalition for the Homeless (HCH), as the Collaborative Applicant for Continuum of Care (CoC) FL-517, has released its 2026 Request for Proposals. HCH is soliciting project applications for inclusion in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Fiscal Year 2026 Continuum of Care (CoC) Competition Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). Eligible organizations are invited to apply for funding to support homeless assistance projects.
