Description
Burlington County is soliciting proposals for social services for homeless individuals under RFP-26-0068. Proposal specifications and required forms are available in the solicitation's Attachments tab. Proposers must download and submit the documents and forms in their original formats; modified versions will not be accepted. The scope falls within government social services, including human services, mental health, rehabilitation, and related support. Responses must be submitted electronically through the County's e-procurement portal. Email, fax, courier, mail, and in-person submissions are not accepted. Proposers must comply with applicable New Jersey affirmative-action and equal-employment requirements under N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. An in-person pre-proposal conference is scheduled, but attendance is recommended rather than mandatory.
