Description
Hillsborough County intends to award a two-year sole-source contract to Wesco Turf, Inc. for comprehensive maintenance, repairs, and OEM parts supply supporting the County’s 72-unit Toro fleet. The work includes factory-trained technician labor, mobile on-site service, equipment pickup and delivery, proprietary diagnostic tools, technical updates, warranty-compliant repairs, OEM parts, shop supplies, and environmental or disposal fees. The estimated total value is $180,000, or $90,000 per year. The notice is not a competitive solicitation; interested contractors may submit clear and convincing information challenging the intended sole-source award. The County may extend the term, modify the scope, and increase the resulting award as conditions change.
