Description
Hillsborough County seeks competitive proposals from qualified professional firms for comprehensive construction engineering and inspection services under a three-year work-order term contract. The scope includes construction inspection, materials sampling and testing, geotechnical engineering and inspection, utility coordination, surveying, contract administration, schedule and payment tracking, quality assurance, compliance monitoring, reporting, and project closeout for Capital Improvement Program and work-order projects funded through CDBG-DR. The selected firms must provide qualified Florida-licensed engineering personnel, required FDOT and CTQP certifications, vehicles, computers, communication devices, field and testing equipment, and any approved subcontractor support. Two firms are expected to be selected, with each eligible to receive up to $2,500,000 in cumulative purchase orders; the solicitation estimates a total value of $5,000,000.
