The Tampa Bay Rays, in cooperation with the City of Tampa and Hillsborough County, Florida, are issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for a new ballpark project. The project includes a new approximately 28,000-seat enclosed, fixed-roof, climate-controlled ballpark located within a mixed-use development. The anticipated total project budget is approximately $2.3 billion. The RFQ promotes transparency, open competition, and qualifications-based selection. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted electronically, and a structured selection process will involve representatives from the Rays, the City, and the County.
