Description
Hillsborough County Public Schools is seeking qualified firms for continuing professional services in four categories: civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, and commissioning. Services may include planning, evaluations, design, permitting, construction support, repairs, renovations, additions, new work, inspections, testing coordination, commissioning plans, functional performance testing, and related on-call services. Individual projects may not exceed $7.5 million in total construction cost, and the district makes no guarantee regarding the volume, value, or frequency of assignments. The agreement is intended to provide services on a rotating, task-order basis throughout the district. Respondents must demonstrate qualifications, experience, availability, approach, work plan, applicable professional licenses and registrations, financial strength, and successful experience with educational facilities. The submission requires a combined PDF proposal and a separate presentation file, with an SF-330 Part II submission for design professionals and engineers. Insurance is required, including workers’ compensation, general liability, automobile liability where applicable, and professional liability or errors and omissions coverage.
