Description
The Butler County Veterans Service Commission is seeking proposals for approximately 12,000 square feet of turnkey office space in central Butler County. The space must be located on one floor in a single structure and support private offices, front-office functions, public reception and waiting areas, secure staff and operational areas, restrooms, public accessibility, and safe, free parking for at least 40 vehicles, with capacity for 60 preferred. At lease commencement, the premises must be fully constructed and operational, separately secured from other occupied space, ADA compliant, code-compliant, accessible to the public, and capable of supporting high-bandwidth fiber-optic or hard-wired telecommunications and an independent security system. Proposals must describe the space, lease terms, pricing, relevant experience, references, and any required improvements or amenities. The County generally desires an initial lease term of at least five years, with renewal options potentially negotiated.
