Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking bids for barricading and securing vacant commercial buildings and properties throughout the city. The work is an invitation to bid for an ongoing, ordered service under a 12-month contract term. Bidders must submit the required bid forms, economic inclusion materials, questionnaire, and bid security. The solicitation includes 5% MBE and 5% WBE subcontracting goals, requires three references, and requires in-person emergency response services.
