Description
The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority is soliciting proposals for a three-year job order contract covering as-needed lawn maintenance, mowing, trimming and edging, vegetation control, fallen tree-limb removal, debris and public-dumping cleanup, and related general property maintenance. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, vehicles, commercial-grade mowing and landscaping equipment, tools, supplies, uniforms, and personal protective equipment. Work requests will be issued as separate job orders, with the contractor submitting a quote for each request and a completion report with photographic evidence after the work is finished. The proposal must include a technical approach, firm qualifications and similar experience, references from assignments undertaken during the past five years, staffing information and resumes, subcontractor information, a business proposal, insurance certificates, tax and lobbying certifications, a MetroMAX Small Business Participation Plan, and detailed pricing. Pricing is submitted separately from the technical proposal through the electronic procurement portal.
