Description
The City of Cincinnati is soliciting an online Invitation to Bid for the L&N Loop Parking Lot Exterior Lighting Addition. The work includes furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment; removing existing light fixtures, poles, conduit, and conductors as indicated; installing new light poles, LED fixtures, a service rack, underground conduits, a load center, lighting controls, and a replacement wall-mounted fixture; and coordinating utility work and site restoration. The project includes photometric requirements for the parking lot, ramps, and sidewalk areas, along with applicable City standard and detailed electrical specifications. Bidders must complete and submit the Volume 3 Excel pricing worksheet in its original, unmodified format, together with the completed and signed Volume 2 forms. The bid must be submitted electronically through the City's Vendor Self Service system; hard-copy bids are not accepted. The project is subject to Ohio prevailing-wage requirements, specified insurance requirements, subcontractor approval requirements, and a required bid surety. The contractor must achieve substantial completion of the on-site work within 90 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed, with liquidated damages of $200 per working day for late completion.
