Description
The project will eliminate five existing pump stations and replace their function with gravity sanitary sewer infrastructure. Work includes sewer pipe installation using open-cut and trenchless methods, including horizontal directional drilling, manholes, laterals, creek crossings, temporary access, environmental controls, restoration, and removal and salvage of the existing pump stations. The revised unit-price sheet includes approximately 1,989 linear feet of 18-inch HDPE sewer installed by directional drilling, as well as other sewer and related bid items. Bidders must use the latest revised Volume 3 unit-price sheet (REV 3). The solicitation requires a bid bond and a performance bond; the performance-bond cost included in the proposal may not exceed 1% of the official bid price. The bid deadline has been extended to November 5, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Addendum 6 states that all other solicitation terms remain unchanged.
