Description
The City of Sharonville is soliciting sealed bids for all labor, materials, and equipment required for the Loop Redevelopment 11186 Reading Road / 11177 Main Street Abatement and Demolition Project Re-Bid. The project includes compliance with Hamilton County and City of Sharonville prevailing-wage requirements, Davis-Bacon requirements, a good-faith effort toward 10% Minority Business Enterprise participation, and Section 3 requirements. Bidders must provide a bid guaranty and contract bond, with bid security equal to 100% of the bid amount. The successful bidder must furnish a 100% performance and payment bond. Bids must be submitted in paper form in a sealed, properly marked envelope.
