Description
The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction is soliciting a five-year, indefinite-quantity Software-as-a-Service solution for a nationally norm-referenced college admissions assessment for all eligible Grade 11 students, an aligned Grade 10 diagnostic assessment, and an aligned Grade 8 diagnostic assessment. The Grade 8 and Grade 10 assessments are dependent on funding and may not be included in the final award. The solution must support online and paper testing, student registration, test administration and proctoring, accessibility accommodations, secure handling of restricted student data, identity and access management, data integration and migration, reporting and analytics, score reconciliation, technical readiness, materials delivery and return, customer support, training, project management, disaster recovery, and statewide implementation. Vendors must provide detailed technical and security responses, including a Restricted GovRAMP status or an approved path to achieve it, architecture diagrams, a solution roadmap, a Security Vendor Readiness Assessment Report, a project timeline, and required cost and vendor information forms.
