Description
Humble Independent School District is soliciting proposals from qualified educational service consultants to establish a pool of vendors supporting educational programs and administrative operations. Potential services include arts and athletics program enhancement; assessment and student-performance data analysis; career and technical education development; curriculum and instructional support; English-language learner and gifted-education support; professional development; leadership coaching; organizational development; strategic planning; program evaluation; grant writing; financial and budgetary advisory services; human-resources consulting; community engagement; event planning; and presentation or speaking services. The solicitation is issued on a recurring or rolling basis to address current needs, anticipated growth, and new services or products that enhance learning and teaching. Awarded vendors will be placed on an approved vendor list, with the District able to execute as-needed, per-project, or annual contracts; placement does not guarantee any work or purchase volume. Fundraiser, photography, equipment rental or repair, maintenance-equipment job-order, publication subscription, and software licensing or purchase services are excluded. Proposals are evaluated using best-value criteria, including price, reputation, quality, fit to District needs, past relationship, long-term cost, credentials, payment-term agreement, and experience with at least three Texas K–12 districts.
