Description
Waller Independent School District is soliciting proposals from qualified providers to join an approved pool of contracted professional service providers. Requested services may support students, teachers, administrators, and families and include literacy support and teacher training; curriculum-aligned instructional strategies; direct or indirect special education and related services such as speech-language therapy, vision and hearing services, physical therapy, adapted physical education, behavioral support, music therapy, counseling, orientation and mobility, and in-home training; differentiated instruction; assessment development; educational materials; work-group facilitation; and professional learning development. Customer-service training and related organizational assessment services are also included. Proposals must address the requested scope of services, vendor and personnel experience, capabilities, and fees. The district may award contracts to multiple providers on an as-needed basis, with individual schools or departments issuing purchase orders before services are performed. The initial term is October 9, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with four automatic one-year renewals unless either party provides timely nonrenewal notice. Required response content includes an executive summary, experience summary, scope-of-service description, and financial proposal, along with required certifications and vendor information submitted through the electronic bidding system or by sealed proposal.
