Description
Albuquerque Public Schools is seeking qualified agencies or organizations—not individuals—to provide educational diagnostic services on an as-needed basis throughout the year. Services must comply with the New Mexico Technical Evaluation and Assessment Manual, applicable state and federal regulations, and professional ethics. The scope includes conducting educational diagnostic evaluations, submitting completed protocols, providing parent interpretive conferences, completing required federal and state documentation, and providing related training services as needed. Offerors must identify their expertise and availability, provide qualified educational diagnosticians, and supply their own laptop and equipment. The proposal must address the evaluation criteria, including qualifications, experience, assigned personnel, methodology, pricing, references, and required compliance documentation. The contract may run for four years with renewal options, subject to approval. The solicitation requires a single electronic proposal file containing the required proposal sections and forms, with a 60-page limit excluding the cover, dividers, transmittal letter, and required forms.
