Description
Lewisville Independent School District is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals and companies to provide various special education contracted services on an as-needed basis, with anticipated multiple awards or a single award at the District’s discretion. Requested services include full and individual initial evaluations, independent educational evaluations, direct services, written evaluation reports, therapy, behavioral support, school nursing, special education teaching and aide services, adapted physical education, translation and interpretation, remote transcription, Braille services, and other related specialties. Providers must meet the applicable Texas licensure, certification, education, and experience requirements for the services proposed. Services may require travel among multiple campuses, participation in ARD/IEP activities, student and family consultation, documentation in District systems, confidentiality of education records, and compliance with student-safety and background-check requirements. Respondents must submit pricing/catalog information and the required proposal attachments, including qualifications, experience, references, licenses or certificates, insurance documentation, applicable data-privacy materials, and required District forms.
