Description
The Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est intends to award a contract to Skyline Sports Global under a grant supporting Afro-descendant students' academic success and high-school graduation. The scope includes structured individual and group mentoring, targeted identification of academic, personal, and systemic barriers, and development of success strategies focused on self-confidence, positive relationships, leadership, and future vision. The provider must also supply each participating student with the Skyline Personal Development Workbook to support ongoing progress tracking.
