Description
This is a solicitation issued by The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), a department of Texas Region 8 Education Service Center. It is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation that will result in contracts providing an indefinite quantity of supplies and services to TIPS public entity and qualifying non-profit members throughout the nation. The solicitation covers a broad range of academic and educational goods and services, including eLearning software for various subjects (foreign languages, math, science, social studies, etc.) for microcomputers, mainframes, and servers, as well as educational and training services. There is no specific project or scope of work; rather, this solicitation establishes a contract vehicle for use when any TIPS member needs the goods or services during the life of the agreement. Vendors currently holding TIPS contracts 220802, 230807, 240804, or 250802 need not respond, but those holding contract 230805 must respond to prevent lapse.
