Description
Deer Park Independent School District is soliciting sealed proposals for staff development and student enrichment services. The solicitation includes attached compliance materials addressing lobbying, conflict of interest, felony conviction notification, federal and state grant funds, pre-service affidavits for personnel with direct student contact, and district prohibitions concerning discrimination and diversity, equity, and inclusion activities. Vendors must review and comply with the district’s applicable policies and ensure that assigned personnel meet the stated conduct and disclosure requirements. The contract begins upon award and includes a one-year initial term with four one-year renewal options.
