Description
Coppell Independent School District is establishing a Qualified Provider Pool for professional evaluation and student intervention services supporting its Intervention Services Department. Service categories may include educational evaluation and diagnostician services, Licensed Specialist in School Psychology services, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, dyslexia evaluation and intervention, applied behavior analysis and related behavioral services, counseling, and other educationally relevant evaluation and intervention services. Providers may submit qualifications for one or multiple categories, including additional services they are qualified to provide. The District intends to qualify multiple providers and will evaluate professional qualifications, certifications and licensure, experience, specialized expertise, service capacity, references, past performance, compliance history, and ability to meet District needs. Services must be provided by appropriately qualified professionals authorized to practice in Texas, as applicable. Providers must comply with fingerprinting, criminal-history review, student confidentiality requirements including FERPA, and District safety requirements; personnel-specific background-check and fingerprinting forms are generally required before assigned personnel begin work, while vendor-level forms are required with the response. Pricing is not evaluated during qualification, but rates and contract terms may be negotiated later. The RFQ accepts responses on a rolling basis, does not guarantee qualification, assignments, compensation, or contract volume, and may be used alongside eligible purchasing-cooperative contracts.
