Description
The Bureau of Land Management is soliciting quotations for a firm-fixed-unit-price contract to provide and maintain off-range corral facilities within 50 miles of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, for wild horses and burros. The contractor must provide land, corrals, holding pastures, facility infrastructure and maintenance, loading and unloading areas, feed and water systems, waste removal, manure management, security, and labor and equipment for daily feeding and animal observation. The facility must support up to 550 animals and comply with the Comprehensive Animal Welfare Program standards. The scope includes routine holding and care, support for private-care placement and adoption events, pasture fertilizer or herbicide application, facility cleaning, recordkeeping, and required safety and facility plans. The quotation must include four electronic volumes: business and required documents, a technical quote, past performance, and a completed price schedule covering the base period and four one-year option periods. The contract has a five-year performance structure beginning October 25, 2026, with an additional potential six-month extension under the applicable option clause.
