Description
The U.S. Forest Service seeks a firm-fixed-price quotation for 80 24-foot steel panels, 21 24-foot panels with attached 12-foot gates, 20 750-gallon rectangular or square polyethylene stock tanks, 10 12-foot bow gates, and shipping/delivery. The panels and gates must meet specified dimensional, rail, reinforcement, connection, free-standing, and security requirements suitable for ungentled horses; the stock tanks must include drain plugs and hold at least 750 gallons. Offerors must submit pricing for all items, a technical proposal identifying specifications that meet the Statement of Work and the required delivery date, a price proposal, a signed Standard Form 1449, the completed schedule of items/price schedule, and any applicable amendment acknowledgments. Delivery is required by February 1, 2027, FOB destination. Award is anticipated to be made to one responsible offeror under a lowest-price-technically-acceptable evaluation.
