Proposers that do not request a Proposal Package will be disqualified. Minimum Annual Payment: The Minimum Annual Payment amount shall be at least twenty-five dollars ($25.00). Requirements: The selected Proposers must enter into an Agricultural Use License Agreement with DEP, which at a minimum requires: 1. Workers Compensation and Disability Benefits Coverage (or proof they are not required to carry coverage). 2. Commercial general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Please refer to the Proposal Package or speak with the DEP Project Manager for further information regarding the requirements for entering into an Agricultural Use License Agreement with DEP. Proposal Due Date: All Proposals must be sent via mail, addressed to Brent T McKeon, at: NYCDEP, 669 Co. Rd. 38, Arkville, NY 12406. All Proposals must be postmarked NO LATER THAN September 14, 2026. Proposals postmarked after September 14, 2026 will not be considered. Notice of Award: The expected date for issuing Notice of Awards for these projects will be on or about September 28, 2026.
