Description
Boone County is seeking sealed proposals from interested and qualified parties to lease county-owned farm ground located in Boone County, Indiana. The anticipated lease term is one crop year, commencing November 1, 2026, and ending November 1, 2027, subject to approval of a final written lease agreement by the Boone County Board of Commissioners. Proposals must be sealed and clearly marked "Farm Ground Lease Proposal." The county reserves the right to reject proposals, waive informalities, negotiate final lease terms, and take other actions it determines to be in the county's best interest.
