Description
The Nevada Department of Health and Human Services, through its Division of Child and Family Services, is soliciting ongoing quarterly meat supplies for the Nevada Youth Training Center. The solicitation covers assorted beef products, including ground beef, mechanically formed 4:1 beef patties, one-inch diced chuck, trimmed bottom round, and four-ounce cube steaks, with specified grades, fat content, package sizes, wrapping, chilling or freezing, and other product requirements.
