Description
The Avard Regional Rail Park Authority is accepting sealed bids for an interim agricultural lease of Authority-owned property. The lease is for agricultural purposes, specifically for grazing, and the successful bidder will perform all acts of grazing at their own expense. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked 'Agricultural Lease Bid' to the Clerk's Office at 407 Government Street, Alva, OK 73717. Bids will be publicly opened at 12:00 p.m. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities.
