Description
Canyons School District is soliciting proposals for districtwide artificial turf supply and full installation over existing poured-in-place rubber and modular playground tiles, including substrate preparation, perimeter kerf cutting and edging, seaming, adhesive application, temporary safety fencing, and related site operations. The contract also covers annual grooming, infill replenishment, impact attenuation testing, emergency patch and seam repairs, mobilization, and associated labor rates. Proposers must hold an active Utah B100 or S330 license, be certified installers for the turf manufacturer, and meet specified material, ASTM F1292 and F1951 safety, warranty, and experience requirements. The proposal includes technical schedules, references, product and testing documentation, warranty information, subcontractor information, and pricing entered through the electronic procurement event. The contract is for one year with up to four additional one-year extensions at the district's option.
