Description
Hillsborough County Public Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified public depositories to provide comprehensive banking and treasury management services. The selected bank will support at least three demand accounts and the District's existing account structure, including general fund, payroll, food service, controlled disbursement, debt service, capital outlay, investment, and school internal accounts. Required capabilities include account analysis, deposit and funds-availability services, ACH and wire transfers, account reconciliation, positive pay and fraud protection, stop payments, online treasury management, imaging, reporting, overdraft handling, and integration with the District's Infor CloudSuite and Lawson systems. The scope also includes merchant card processing for education, fingerprinting, host, and child-care training sites, with point-of-sale and web payment processing, reporting, authorization, security, dispute resolution, and fee disclosures. Proposals must address implementation and conversion, staffing and support, audit controls, financial and corporate qualifications, insurance, references, pricing, and a detailed statement of work. The initial contract term is five years, with up to five additional one-year renewals. Required response materials include the pricing spreadsheet, statement of work, cover letter, qualifications summary, business references, required certifications and affidavits, vendor registration/substitute W-9, and other forms identified in the solicitation. Submissions must be made electronically through the VendorLink portal; mailed, telephone, facsimile, and email submissions are rejected.
