Description
Jordan School District is soliciting bids for two new Palo Alto PA-3430 firewalls with redundant AC power supplies and rack-mount kits, two three-year prepaid standard-support subscriptions, two three-year Prisma Access Agent subscriptions for high-availability pairs, two three-year Precision AI Network Security Subscription Bundles, and one 10Gb SFP+ direct-attach cable. No substitutions are allowed, and bidders must quote the specified part numbers. Ground shipping and any offered discounts must also be itemized. Bidders must be the manufacturer or an authorized Palo Alto reseller and provide documentation demonstrating that status. The response must include the completed cost form, a bid on the bidder’s usual quote template, mandatory-minimum compliance documentation, the signed Public Contract Boycott Restrictions Statement, a W-9, and a completed Vendor Information Sheet. The solicitation is for a one-time purchase with a three-year prepaid license and support term; pricing must remain firm for one year. Bids must be submitted electronically through the designated procurement portal.
