Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotations for first-quarter subsistence food supplies under a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The requirement includes 118 line items covering kosher and halal prepared meals, kosher packaged foods, fresh and frozen meats, poultry, fish, dairy products, canned and frozen vegetables, grains, pasta, spices, sauces, oils, beverages, and other institutional food products. Quantities range from individual packages to tens of thousands of pounds or units, and bidders may quote only the line items they can provide, with separate pricing required for each quoted line item. Products must meet the detailed specifications, packaging, labeling, religious-certification, freshness, temperature, and inspection requirements stated in the solicitation. Deliveries are FOB destination, palletized, and generally due by September 30, 2026; milk has a weekly delivery schedule. Quotes must be submitted on the attached SF 1449/request-for-quotation specification sheet, include the vendor's Unique Entity Identifier and contact information, and remain valid for 30 days beyond the anticipated award date. The Government may make a single or multiple awards and will evaluate price, past performance, delivery capability, and technical acceptability.
