Description
Salt Lake County Sheriff's Office Health Services is soliciting electrolyte-replacement powdered drink mixes comparable to standard sports-drink formulations, including sugar-free options. Products must be packaged in individual, pre-measured packets that yield exactly five gallons when mixed, require no measuring, match the labeled flavor, have an acceptable taste, and avoid noticeable temporary discoloration of mouth, lips, urine, or feces. At least two sugar-free flavor options are required, and the County strongly discourages dyes or artificial colorants. Bidders must submit complete nutrition-label information for each proposed product, complete the required contract signature page and pricing schedule, and respond to the required portal questions. The contract terms include a minimum one-year product warranty, delivery FOB destination, firm pricing for the first two years, and possible price adjustments thereafter subject to stated limits.
