Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting an all-or-none quote for an estimated 11-month supply of fresh bread and rolls for Fiscal Year 2027. Required products include sliced seedless wheat hot-dog rolls, sliced seedless whole-wheat or multigrain hamburger rolls, and sliced seedless enriched sandwich bread in specified package and loaf quantities. Fresh bread must be delivered within 48 hours of baking, and quotes must state package sizes and include freight costs. Deliveries are to be made monthly, as needed through individual delivery orders, from November 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The government may make a single or multiple awards based on best value, considering price and past performance. The solicitation requires completion and signature of the designated quote form, including specified sections and unit pricing for all schedule items; vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management before award.
