Community Renewal Team, Inc. is soliciting proposals for daily delivery of bread products, including Pullman wheat, whole wheat bread, whole wheat dinner rolls, whole wheat hamburger buns, and whole wheat hot dog rolls. Deliveries must be made by 6:45 a.m. to the food production facility, with additional locations potentially required during the contract term. Vendors must be able to respond to additional or emergency orders within one hour when requested and provide separate invoices for CRT programs. The solicitation requests product pricing and operational information covering delivery procedures, emergency orders, delivery vehicles, and handling of damaged or spoiled products. The initial contract term is 12 months, from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with possible extension by mutual approval. The bid package also requires a completed bid form, pricing chart, customer references if the bidder is new to CRT, firm contact information, and a sample certificate of liability insurance.
