Description
Riverside Community College District is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from consulting firms to establish a prequalified pool for construction management services. Prequalified firms may later receive Requests for Proposals for individual Measure CC capital improvement projects, including modernization and new construction at Moreno Valley College, Norco College, Riverside City College, the Ben Clark Training Center, the future Corona Education Center, and the Inland Empire Technical Trade Center. The requested services include program and project management, preconstruction and construction-phase administration, scheduling and budget control, cost estimating, document control, constructability and value-engineering support, procurement and bidding assistance, construction observation, change-order and claims support, inspection and testing coordination, reporting, and project closeout. The SOQ must address firm and team qualifications, relevant higher-education project experience, proposed personnel and resumes, approach and methodology, local and workforce considerations, diversity and inclusion, client references, litigation history, and required declarations and certifications. The SOQ may not exceed 50 pages excluding exhibits, coversheets, section dividers, and the table of contents; the required exhibits must be completed and included, while Exhibit I is required only after award.
