San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health is soliciting proposals from qualified nonprofit, for-profit, and other legally constituted organizations to provide High Fidelity Wraparound services for age-appropriate Medi-Cal beneficiaries, including children and youth in or outside the foster care system. The scope includes family-centered, community-based care planning; Child and Family Team coordination; individualized service plans; specialty mental health services such as assessment, therapy, rehabilitation, medication support, intensive care coordination, intensive home-based services, and Therapeutic Behavioral Services; family search and engagement; crisis intervention; transportation; and transition planning. Providers must maintain or obtain Medi-Cal certification and California High Fidelity Wraparound Provider certification through the University of California at Davis, provide 24/7 availability and crisis response, participate in the Family Urgent Response System, maintain qualified multidisciplinary staff, support multiple geographic service options, collect required outcome data, and comply with extensive documentation, training, privacy, insurance, and reporting requirements. The contract period is five years, from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2031, with an estimated allocation of approximately $108,302,281 annually, or $541,511,405 over five years.
