Description
Riverside Transit Agency is soliciting bids for quarterly preventative maintenance services for air compressors at its Riverside and Hemet, California facilities. The contract is expected to be firm-fixed-price, with a three-year base term beginning December 1, 2026, followed by two one-year option terms. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience. The work is subject to California prevailing-wage requirements. The contractor and all subcontractors must have active California Department of Industrial Relations registration at bid submission. Electronic submission through the designated procurement portal is required. A 10% bid bond is required, and the successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds before work begins.
