Description
Jordan School District is soliciting bids for a full tear-off and replacement of the existing roof at Columbia Elementary School with a new single-ply roofing system, including R-30 insulation, cover board, flashings, and related roof components. The base scope also includes repairing roof decking, removing abandoned penetrations, and replacing rooftop kitchen mechanical units and curbs as specified. Bidders must price the specified alternates, including skylight replacement and rooftop equipment replacement, and provide unit prices for roof drain and skylight replacements. A mandatory pre-bid conference is required. The project must be substantially completed by August 6, 2027; the bid documents also state that work may begin as early as June 5, 2027.
