Description
The City seeks psychological services for its Police Department under two lots. Lot A covers pre-employment psychological screening tests and clinical interviews to assess candidate suitability, with approximately 60 assessments annually. Lot B covers confidential well-being checks for sworn and professional staff, military reintegration, and post-shooting or use-of-force critical incident interventions, including interviews, follow-up as needed, and confirmation that appointments were kept; approximately 30 meetings and interviews are anticipated annually. The contractor must provide clear reports, including short-form reports for all Lot A assessments and comprehensive long-form reports for candidates deemed unsuitable. Respondents may propose on either or both lots. The solicitation also calls for qualified, Arizona-licensed psychologists and/or psychiatrists, relevant law-enforcement experience, sample reports and documentation, and references from at least three Arizona law-enforcement agencies.
