Description
The Village of Los Lunas seeks a qualified behavioral health organization to provide two part-time providers: a mental health provider and a substance abuse counselor. Services include psychosocial assessments and ASAM level-of-care evaluations; individual and group therapy, including intensive outpatient services; psychiatric evaluations and medication management, including Suboxone management when clinically indicated; case management; referrals to detox, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient addiction medicine; and clinical supervision as needed. At least one provider must be bilingual and able to serve Spanish-speaking clients. The contractor must participate in monthly compliance meetings, submit biweekly written reports, and provide specified treatment and referral data. Hybrid online and onsite service delivery is preferred. Pricing must be provided as hourly rates and expected weekly hours for the listed provider roles, with rates valid for a 52-week service cycle. The contract runs through September 30, 2027, subject to grant funding, with the possibility of two two-year extensions.
