Description
The City of Avondale is soliciting vendors to provide automotive parts, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repair services for City-owned light-duty vehicles, including sedans, sport utility vehicles, pickup trucks, passenger vans, cargo vans, and similar vehicles under 10,000 pounds GVWR. The scope includes OEM parts, OEM labor and repair, and non-OEM labor and repair with authorized aftermarket parts, covering systems such as brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, cooling, heating, fuel, emissions, powertrain, batteries, alternators, starters, air conditioning, and manufacturer-recommended maintenance. The resulting contract is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity requirements contract with no guaranteed minimum or maximum purchases. The initial term is one year, with up to four successive one-year renewal terms. Vendors must provide estimates before work, obtain City authorization before performing work, supply itemized invoices, maintain required licenses and certifications, and provide qualified mechanics, secure vehicle storage, and applicable pickup, delivery, and towing services. Bids must include the required OpenGov questionnaire responses, pricing, references, W-9, Offer, applicable business-license or certification documentation, technician certifications, and OEM catalogs or price lists.
