Description
Maricopa County Human Resources is seeking a single vendor to provide an online, web-based ergonomics portal for eligible County employees. The solution must support self-registration, ergonomic self-assessments, personalized recommendations for posture, stretching, workstation setup, work techniques, and related wellness practices, along with employee-specific educational content, knowledge checks, follow-up validation, and content updates or customization aligned with County policies. The solution must support up to 14,000 accounts, provide County reporting on enrollment and assessment activity, allow access through the County's internal website, and support future identity-management API integration. The contractor must provide implementation within 60 days of agreement approval, ongoing system support, security and accessibility compliance, U.S.-based data hosting, data export and protection capabilities, and evidence of at least five years of similar experience serving a government or commercial entity with a workforce of at least 14,000. Shortlisted vendors may be required to demonstrate the proposed website.
