Description
Maricopa County seeks ongoing maintenance and support for the Sheriff’s Office’s Avaya Enterprise Communications System and integrated adjunct systems, including voice switching, messaging, interactive voice response, call accounting, emergency calling, and supporting network equipment. The contractor must provide 24/7 support, preventive and corrective maintenance, hardware and software support, patch and firmware management, upgrades, system monitoring, outage response, and disaster-recovery planning. The scope also includes support for expansions and new capabilities, and requires a proposal for migrating the existing premise-based system to a hosted solution. Respondents must meet Avaya partnership and authorization requirements and provide qualified technicians and manufacturer relationships.
