Description
The Columbus Housing Finance Corporation is soliciting sealed bids for a two-phase project covering nine building groups at Heritage Woods Apartments. The work includes removing and replacing exterior vinyl siding, fascia, soffit, gutters, downspouts, trim, and related accessories in accordance with the project specifications prepared by David DeVaughn & Associates, LLC. Bids must be submitted on the provided proposal forms and include the required non-collusion affidavit, Indiana Form 96 with a financial statement, a written employee drug-testing program, and certifications addressing affirmative action, Iran-related contract disqualification, drug-free workplace requirements, OSHA and IOSHA compliance, employment eligibility verification, and United States steel products. A 10% bid bond or certified check is required with each bid; the successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, subject to required municipal approval and applicable federal and Indiana procurement requirements.
