The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane requires individual hardware items to be inspected, assembled into repair kits for multiple radar antenna and fire-control systems, packaged to prevent damage, and marked for easy identification. The contractor must maintain stringent supplier quality requirements, warehouse and manage inventory, and deliver the kits and related parts/materials on an FOB destination basis in support of U.S. Navy and Foreign Military Sales requirements. The anticipated award is a single five-year, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract covering approximately 41 different commercially available or drawing/specification-based parts kits. First Article testing is required for all offerors unless waived by the Government, and all deliverables will be inspected and accepted by the Government. The estimated contract maximum is $43 million. The effort is a 100% small-business set-aside, and controlled attachments will require Joint Certification Program registration.
