The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane requires individual hardware items to be inspected, assembled into repair kits for multiple radar antenna and fire-control systems, packaged to prevent damage, marked for identification, and managed under stringent supplier-quality requirements. The contractor must warehouse and deliver the parts and kits supporting U.S. Navy and Foreign Military Sales requirements on an FOB destination basis. The anticipated award is a single five-year, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract covering approximately 41 parts kits. Hardware will be commercially available or manufactured according to provided drawings and specifications. First Article testing is required for all offerors unless waived by the Government, and deliverables will be inspected and accepted by the Government. The contract maximum is estimated at $43 million. This is a 100% small-business set-aside, and controlled attachments will require Joint Certification Program registration.
