Description
The City of Mt. Juliet is soliciting bids for replacement of approximately 14,740 square feet of roof field and 170 square feet of walls at the Mt. Juliet Community Center. Bidders may propose three options: a 50-mil red PVC membrane system with flute-fill insulation, cover board, flashing, vents, and a minimum 20-year no-dollar-limit manufacturer warranty; 24-gauge trapezoidal metal roofing with new wall, vent, and HVAC flashing; or a combination of PVC roofing on the upper roof and metal panels on the lower roof. Add-on pricing is requested for insulation installed as needed and new gutters.
