Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, on behalf of the Family and Social Services Administration, is soliciting proposals for external quality reviews for Managed Care Programs. The selected contractor will provide quality review services in accordance with the solicitation's scope of work and applicable program requirements. The proposal package must include an executive summary, business proposal, technical proposal, cost proposal, attestation materials, references, and required state forms and supporting documentation. The contract term is four years from contract execution, with two optional one-year extensions. The solicitation establishes a 3% Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business subcontracting goal and permits one or more awards.
