Description
The U.S. Army, through Crane Army Ammunition Activity, seeks qualified offerors for a no-cost, multi-award Basic Ordering Agreement supporting recurring commercial supply requirements. Scope includes machined and fabricated metal parts; plastic and injection-molded components; wooden containers, boxes, and pallets; ammunition and nuclear ordnance containers; corrugated fiberboard; fabricated nonmetallic materials; organic and inorganic chemicals; paints, coatings, and adhesives; miscellaneous hardware, tools, seals, O-rings, gaskets, springs, and other Class IX sustainment products. Individual orders will be competed later among qualified BOA holders and will be firm-fixed-price; no pricing is requested or evaluated at the master BOA stage. Offerors must demonstrate capability in at least one supply category, maintain active SAM.gov registration and CAGE status, hold active Joint Certification Program registration, and have at least a conditional CMMC Level 2 self-assessment in SPRS at award. The proposal requires administrative compliance materials in individual PDF files and a completed technical and past-performance questionnaire and points-of-contact template in individual Microsoft Word files. At least one and up to twelve recent, relevant federal contract or purchase-order references from within the past three years must be provided. The BOA ordering period is valid for up to five years from initial execution, with annual reviews and possible on- or off-ramping; execution does not guarantee future orders.
